Answer:
Uniform motion is said when an object covers equal distance in equal interval of Time and non uniform when an object covers unequal distance in equal intervals of time
Answer:
Uniform motion
1)an object is travelling with uniform motion, it is moving in a straight line at a constant speed. It covers the line in equal distance equal time intervals.
2)The acceleration of the body will be zero.
3)The velocity of the body remains constant as it covers equal distances in equal intervals of time.
4)Example; when a car travels at a constant speed, the driving force from the engine is balanced by the resistive forces such as air resistance and frictional forces in the car's moving parts.
*non uniform motion.
1) It is defined as the motion of an object in which the object travels with varied speed and it does not cover same distance in equal time intervals, irrespective of the time interval duration.
2)The acceleration is non-zero in non-uniform motion.
3) The velocity of the body doesn't remains constant.
4)Examples of non-uniform motion are: Oscillation of pendulum, the motion of a train, a person jogging in the park etc.
