difference between universal donor and universal reciever of the blood.......plzzzz......

The people who have their Blood Groups as O positive is referred to be the the universal donor as his blood can be donated to any other blood Group
Whereas the People with The blood group of AB Positive are referred to be the universal receiver as any blood group can be donated to him

O+ blood group is compatible with every other poistive blood group, that's why, the person with O+ blood group is considered universal donor.

While a person with AB+ blood group can recieve blood from all of the other (poistive) blood group, that's why, they are considered as universal receiver.
