VB and VB Net:
- VB NET is a contemporary, object-oriented language. VB (Classic) is its antecedent, and it's no longer actively maintained.
- VB has recognized as interpreter based language while VB NET is recognized as a compiled language.
- VB is a non-object oriented principle-based language. While, VB NET, from a coding style perspective, looks similar to old VB, but, has more influence to it, just because it sits on the Net platform.
