Vegetable oil is the one which is extracted from all the veggies and it is done by the natural process which is good to health and is also very good to a body because it can easily digest the food when the oil is added to the food we cook.
Animal fat oil is also called as vanaspati or dalda it is very very very harmful to health it is done by taking the bones of the animals and the fat which contains to the bone is extracted and is made as the animal fat oil it is harmful to health it causes many diseases it is done because menu of them cannot effort to buy the clean good and rich kind of oils many of people don't know about this fact that it is taken from the animals so what a preference to always be on a vegetable oil not be take another animal fat oil.

Hello Friend!
The differences are as follows:
1. vegetable oil is composed mostly of polyunsaturated fats while animal fat is composed mostly of monounsaturated fats. Vegetable fats contain one, or more, carbon double bonds within its structure and are therefore unsaturated. Animal fats contain only single carbon-carbon bonds and are therefore saturated.
2. vegetable oil is generally liquid at room temperature as compared to
animal fats which are generally solids at room temperature.
3. vegetable oils undergo hydrogenation and get converted to vanaspati ghee. They are a healthier choice than animal fats which tend to increase our blood cholestrol level.
4.
Vegetable oils are oils that have been extracted from various seeds. eg; rapeseed (canola oil), soybean, corn, sunflower, safflower, peanut, etc. Animal Fats include butter, ghee, lard, tallow, and any other fatty acids
