Difference between Vegetative Reproduction and Asexual Reproduction with POD(POINTS OF DIFFERENCE).

like gemmules in sponges,rhizome of ginger,bananas

offset of hyacinth, eyes of potato

here regeneration takes place by own body parts

asexual reproduction:

in asexual reproduction there no fusion of gametes like in

sexual reproduction

organism can reproduce through mitosis also there is no

involvement of two organisms.

like binary fission, budding in hydra
