1)Vertebrates have true vertebral column and internal skeleton , invertebrates don't have
2)They have differentiated body tissues and organs, invertebrates don't have such level of differentiation
3) They have brain covered with cranium , invertebrates don't have brain
4)Vertebrates are always bilaterally symmetrical, invertebrates can be radial or bilateral symmetrical.
