Virtuous circle and vicious circle both are terms from economics that indicated the outcome of definite forces that cause a certain set of occasion. Both circles are complexes of events with no affinity towards equilibrium

The difference between the two is;

1. That a virtuous cycle has promising results and a vicious cycle has deleterious results.

2. Virtuous cycle results are positive and viscous cycle results are not positive.

3. The poverty cycle is a vicious cycle and the creation of able the human being resources is virtuous cycle .
