difference between village and city

the differences between city and villages are:
cities are having facilities while in the village there are no facilities which we will find in cities in cities whenever we go like 1 P.M in night 12 o'clock anytime the city everything of the city is open but why is he go in the village mainly shops are closed the hospitals have closed because they are not that much facilities
