difference between voluntary and Involuntary action of our body

involuntary action are those which are self performed by our body or not controlled by mind e.g. digestion ,beating of heart, respiration
but voluntary action are those which are controlled by our mind or will power e.g. walking,working of hands etc.

Voluntry Actions are those which are occured by ourselves or consious type of brain.These actions are controlled by Temporal lobes of our brain.


For Example:- Writting, Dancing, Running,etc.


Involuntary actions are those which are control by ourselves these are automatic actions control by medulla and spinal cord.


Ex:- Beating of Heart, Respiration, etc.
