Voluntary muscles are those which are under control, which means under the control of the sensory nervous system.

Skeletal muscle

Involuntary muscle is under unconscious control, which means under the control of the autonomic nervous system.

Cardiac muscle

Voluntary muscles : Those muscles which can be controlled by us .

Example : Skeleton bones.

Involuntary Muscles : Those muscles which can't be controlled by our own are known as involuntary muscles.

The involuntary muscles are found in internal organs.

Muscular tissue is the contractile tissue.

It forms nearly 40% of our body.

It occurs in the form of bundles or sheaths .

It is associated with the movement of body parts .

It is also associated with the locomotion of the individuals .

It also forms the flesh of the body .

It helpes in movement of substances within the body and caused opening and closing of apertures.
