Weather reflects short term conditions of the atmosphere. Weather lasts from minutes to weeks. Weather is the combination of temperature, humidity, precipitation, cloudiness, visibility and wind , while climate behaves over relatively long periods of time. Climate represents the synthesis of weather i.e. it is the weather of a locality averaged over some period of time ( usually 30 years ).
