Answer :

=> Weather : Weather refers to the state of the atmosphere over an area at any point of time.

* Weather refers to a particular place.

* Weather may change at a very short interval of time.

* Weather is influenced by temperature, humidity, precipitation etc.

* Weather of a place can change anytime and It can remain unchanged for some time.

=> Climate : It is the aggregate or sum of weather conditions and variations over a large area for a long period of time.

* Climate refers to a large area.

* Climate remains unchanged year after years.

* Climate is the collective effect of all its elements.

* Climate cannot change anytime.

Example of Weather =>

Suppose It was very hot during moring in summers but suddenly It started raining, so this instant change in a day or in few days is what we call weather.

Example of Climate --

As we know that in India we experience 4 main seasons --

Monsoon, Summer, Winter, Autumn
So when its summer we do experience some rainy days too but we don't say that the climate has become rainy, because the Climate is summer which remains unchanged for about 5 - 6 months.
