Answer:

Otaku basically means by it's American definition (The Japanese one is drastically different and is an insult there) that someone is obsessed with manga, anime, and Japanese video games. ... A weeaboo basically is just an otaku that has taken their passion into someting more drastic

 \huge{ \boxed{ \red{ \mathcal{☆~Weeb:}}}}

  • A weeb, weeboo or weeaboo is a non-Japanese person, obsessed or you can also say addicted to Anime, Manga, Japan, Japanese, Japanese culture and stuffs etc.

  • A weeb can read and write Japanese a little bit and know some Japanese vocabulary and phrases, basically learned from Anime.

  • It's a dangerous level of obsession though nowadays many people trend to blame that they are a weeb even though they are not. So, eventually the impact of a Weeb to a non-weeb is becoming not-a-bad-thing-either.

 \huge{ \boxed{ \red{ \mathcal{☆~Otaku:}}}}

  • An Otaku is a Japanese person, who is obsessed with Anime, Manga, video games and occasionally read light novel series.

  • They are basically a shut-in and anti-social but not a nerd.

  • In Japan it's not a positive attitude, so, Otakus used to hide their Otakuness.

Hope I'm clear
