There are many differences about the Canadian Shield and the Western Cordillera but for today I’ll keep it snappy and only do three. So here you have it, the first difference about the Canadian Shield then the Western Cordillera is that there physical landforms are way different. The Western Cordillera has its highland region with rugged plateaus divided by deep river valleys. Then to the Canadian Shield is relatively flat with rounded rocky hills.
