Will is used to express future time.
• Will you see me tomorrow?
• He will be sixteen next month.
Also, to express determination or a promise especially with the first person.
• I will call you tomorrow.
• We will complete the work on Monday.
While, would is used to express a habitual action in the past.
• When you were small, you would eat all the vegetables without complaining.
Also to preserve the future aspect when talking about the past, or to express probability.
• That would be milkman; he probably comes at this hour.
• He said he would be a doctor.
