The spiral model, also called the spiral lifecycle modelis a systems development lifecycle (SDLC) model combining the properties of theprototyping model and the waterfall model. This model is good for large and mission-critical projects. It requires strong approval and documentation control.

The Win-Win spiral

The Win-Win spiral model is an add-on to the spiral model. The stages in this model are same as the stages in the spiral approach. The only difference is that there is a discussion and negotiations of the stakeholders’ win conditions  on the requirements that need to be included in the current iteration of the software takes place between the development team and the customer at the time of the identifying the requirements.

This has already been answered before so the answer is exactly the same :)

The win-win spiral approach is very similar to the spiral model in that it is simply an extension of the spiral model.

In the win-win model approach, everyone discusses things together to figure out what should go into the new version of the software.
