A work contract refers to an agreement which is a mixture of service or labor and transfer of goods. Hence, the contractor agrees to do certain job in execution whereof, certain goods are transferred to the contractee.
Rate contracts are defined as mutual agreements between the seller and the buyer to operate a set of chosen items, during a given period of time, for a fixed price or price variation.
