Yoga is considered itself as a sport which plays through your own physical ability. yoga and sports are type of exercise only but they are totally different...
yoga help us in making our concentration power stronger whereas sports help us to be fit .they both help in maintaining our body balance.sports make us more energetic.yoga is type of meditation.in sports we ran alot where as in yoga we sit or stand at a particular place
