roasting is a process of converting sulphide ores of metal into its oxide ore in presence of airby heating
2ZnS +3O² = 2ZnO +2SO²
calcination is the process of converting carbonate ores in oxide by heating in absence of air
CacO³ =Cao + H²O

fragmentation means when simple multlicellular breaks into two or more fragments or pieces and then grow into an new individual where as regeneration means when a fully Differentiate organism rise to give new organism by its body part....

hope its may help you

Roasting is the process in which ore is heated in presence of air so as to obtain metal oxides, which can be reduced easily to get free metals. Sulphide ores are converted into oxides by roasting.
Calcination is the process of heating ore in absence of air so as to remove moisture and volatile impurities and to convert carbonate ores into oxides.
Fragmentation is an asexual reproduction in which a multicellular organisms break up into two or more small pieces of fragment upon maturation.
Regeneration is the ability of a fully differentiated organism to give rise to new individual organism from its body parts.
