similarities :-

both plant and animal cell contain cytoplasm , nucleus , cell membrane , ribosomes, .


difference :-

lysosome are the animal cell 's garbage disposal.

whereas

in plant same worked by vacuole.



some basic things notice :-

plants have cell wall , chloroplast , and other specialised plastids and large central vacoule.

this is not found in animal cell.
