HOCl and HClO are exactly same. This is molecular formula of hypochlorus acid. It is an oxyacid of chlorine molecule.  

It is a weak acid which gives $H^+ \ cation \ and \ ClO^- \ anion$. It is also known as Hydrogen hypochlorite or Chlorine hydroxide as per given molecular formula.  

Chlorine also forms some other oxyacids with oxygen and hydrogen atoms. For example, chlorus acid, perchloric acid, chloric acid, etc.
