natural water is water coming from resource and is 99.99%pure.
treated water consist of harmful chemicals released by industries

Natural water is water that is naturally occurred. water from water bodies, underground water, water from rain all are natural water.
Treated water is the natural water that is treated with chemical. Some times to avoid pollution. Ex:the water from industries should be treated or else it'll pollute water.
