Yoghurt - it is a dairy product that is created by bacterial fermentation of milk by using 'yoghurt cultures'. The bacteria causes fermentation of lactose and produce lactic acid.
Curd - it is a dairy product obtained by curdling wid an edible acidic substanc, such as lemonade or vinegar and then draining off the liquid portion.
