Informal Communication :-

  1. Informal communication refers to the form of communication which flows in every direction.
  2. It does not generally follow the rules of organization.
  3. In informal communication, It does not require any officials recognition.
  4. Being flexible, It can be changed easily.
  5. There is no pressure here to follow any rules.
