Difference bw open unemployment and disguised employment

OPEN UNEMPLOYMENT: means if someone is not willing to do work.

DISGUISED UNEMPLOYMENT: if someone is working where there is no requirement for him.

ex . 5 workers in a farm but the work can be done only by 3 workers.
