Difference in bryophyta & thallophyta

Hi friend,
1. In thallophyta the body is not well differentiated while in Bryophyta the body is differentiated into stem and leaf like structures
2. Thallophytes are commonly called algae while Bryophyta are known as the amphibians of plant kingdom.
3. Examples of Thallophya: Chara , Cladophora ,ulothrix etc. Examples of Brophyta: Funaria,marchantia ,riccia.

⑤❭ They are the first truly Terrestrial & vascular cryptogams.

⑥❭ Water is needed for fertilization.
