Let the other number be x .

One number = $\tt\rm -\frac{10}{7}$

Their difference = -15

$\rm \longrightarrow -15=-\frac{10}{7}-x \\\\\rm\longrightarrow x=-\frac{10}{7}+15\\\\\rm\longrightarrow x=15-\frac{10}{7}\\\\\rm\longrightarrow x=\frac{15\times7-10}{7}\\\\ \rm\longrightarrow x=\frac{105-10}{7} \\\\\rm\longrightarrow x=\bf\frac{95}{7} \\\\\rm\bf VERIFICATION\\\\-\frac{10}{7}-\frac{95}{7} =-\frac{(10+95)}{7} =-\frac{105}{7} =-15$
