i)these kind if of resources could be used in the future due to breakthroughs in technology, or changing circumstances
ii)Africa has great potential for the generation of hydroelectricity. However they r nt developed due to the lqck of suitable technology.

Resources whose existence has been proved and their quantity , quality and location has been determined for utilisation, e.g ;- petroleum in West asia.
potential resources
Resources which are found ina region but not been utilised. they can be used in the future. e.g;- uranium in ladakh.
