Differences between ancient maps and modern maps.

Ancient Maps had no lines of longitude (no accurate clocks to measure it with). Many had an elaborate compass rose in one corner. Modern maps only have a simple pointer to north (sometimes not even that). Ancient maps likely used hand made paper and inks
