deciduous teeth r those which fall of the upper n the lower jaws after a certain age of 6-8 ...they r also knwn as temporary or baby teeth. ...
permanent teeth r those which form after the age of 6 n don't fall off....n sometimes when we don't pay attention to our teeth n don't care about them then the permanent teeth may also fall off n then they can't ever come back ...we have to replace them by artificial teeth
