1.SIZE:-

  • Pokaryot- comparatively small ,1-10 micron in size.
  • Eukaryot-They are larger,5-15micron in size.

2.Membrane-Bound Organelles:-

  • Prokaryot-membrane bound irganelles,such as endoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria,lysosomes etc microbodies are absent.
  • Eukaryot-All the membrane bound organelles are present.

3.RIBOSOMES:-

  • Prokaryot-Free occuring ribosomes are present.
  • Eukaryot-Ribosomes may be free occuring or attached on the surface of ER(endoplasmic reticulum).
