gamete is the cells which contains chromosome of that particular gender. .

zygote is the cell which is formed after the fusion of gametes. .

they are haploid in nature

gametes can be male or female

gametes fuse to form zygote

ZYGOTE:

it is diploid in nature

it undergoes mitotic cell division

zygote is formed by the fusion of gametes

zygote develops into embryo

zygote is formed inside or outside of an organism
