Ganga is the Himalayan river and it is prennial.The length of the Ganga is over 2500 km.It is largest Himalayan basin.It is originated from Gangotri Glacier.

2) Alaknanda River joins Bhagirathi at Devaprayag.
3) From Devapryag the river is called as Ganga.
