differences between goitre and diabetes

in goitre thyroid gland gets enlarged and is caused because of lack of iodine in our diet whereas in diabetes blood sugar is too high. diabetes is caused by lack of insulin.

Goitre is a deficiency disease in which largement or enlargement of neck takes place as a result neck swell.
Goitre is caused due to the deficiency of iodine. It can be controlled by taking a balance iodine in food.

Diabetes is a disease in which sugar level in blood increases. It is caused due to excess intake of sugar.
It can be control by taking medicine and insulin but specially when intake of sugar is strictly stop.
