In ethnomethodology, the word, 'reflexivity' can show that a behavior or object and its description cannot be distinguished from one other. They have a very close, mirror-like relationship.
Indexicality and reflexivity are types of properties related to talk, settings and behavior that make an ongoing construction for social reality mandatory. Both these types of properties try to question the objectivity of explanations, descriptions, accounts, etc.
