Inland Fisheries: There are fishes that are cultured in water bodies like ponds, tanks, lakes, rivers. Ex. Catla, Rohu. Marine Fisheries: There are fishes that are cultured in salt-water bodies like Seas and Oceans. Ex. Bombay duck, Catfish, Salmon, Hilsa etc.
