•Subcutaneous fat is present even after occuring this disorder.

•In it warring of muscle and thining of limbs occurs.

•Skin appears to be swollen.

•Children becomes Underweight.

•This occurs in those children who are below one year.

•This disorder cones due to deficiency of protein and calories both.

•No oedema as such that of Kwashiorkar.

•Also in it Subcutaneous fat disappears.

•Skin becomes dry and wrinkled.

•Extrem emaciation of body and thining of limbs occurs in it.

•Muscle is wasted in it.
