Mendeleev's periodic law states that physical and chemical properties of an element are the periodic functions of their atomic weights.
Whereas,
Mosley's periodic law states that physical and chemical properties of an element are the periodic functions of their atomic numbers.

The periodic table of Mendeleev's was based on atomic masses whereas Moseley's periodic table was bases on atomic no.
