A micro computer is a type of computer which we commonly use today.They have a single processor and are less capable than mini computers or mainframes.Mobile Phones, Laptops, Phablets, desktops etc are all micro computers. eg- Apple Macintosh, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad etc.

A mini computer is a type of computer which is more powerful than a micro computer but is less powerful than a mainframe. It usually has more than 1 processor. It is commonly used in medium sized businesses, supermarkets etc.They are nowadays replaced by micro computers or mainframes. eg-IBM System/3

Mainframes- these are the computers which have several processors and are often big.They are much powerful as compared to Micro and mini computers.They have many applications in business and scientific fields.

eg-IBM System z9 mainframe

Supercomputers are the most powerful types of computers on earth.They have hundreds of processors and span whole rooms.They can do trillions of operations per second.They are used for meteorology and nuclear research.
