Jowar is a monocot crop with a single seed but Moong is a dicot with two seeds. Jowar stems from fibrous root system and Moong stems from tap root system. Jowar has parallel veins system in their leaves but Moong has reticulate vein system in their leaves. Both Jowar and Bajra are Angiosperms.
