That's odd - "Quora" identifies itself as an American entity located here in the USA, presumably with American English-speaking moderators. Anyone want to take a wild guess as to what or where a " MPC inter" or IPS, ISB NPL or Leo is?

My suspicion is this further confirms that neither Quora nor its readers are not American entities ; apparently catering primarily to overseas folks who may correctly believe Quora is "one of them".

I always identify myself as an American living in northern Arizona, where I own my own airstrip, where I base my Lake 200 ( a four seat amphibian).

Quora would be well-advised to honestly disclose who it is, where it is, and its moderators should ask its questioners to identify themselves.
