Right ventricle and left ventricle have following differences

1. Right ventricles  receives deoxygenated blood while left ventricle    receive oxygenated blood.

2.right ventricles walls are not much thick while left ventricles have    thickest walls because they have to pump blood to all parts of the body.

3.Right ventricles pump blood to pulmonary artery whereas left ventricles pump blood to aorta.
