ovum is (label) the female gamete in animals; the egg cell while ovule is (botany) the structure in a plant that develops into a seed after fertilization; the megasporangium of a seed plant with its enclosing integuments.

both of female reproductive part but the difference between them is:
ovule in plants that is female reproductive part but ovum is female reproductive part in animals.
