There are no real difference. In order to do any physical labor you do need to use your mind. Even for repetitive labor you need to pay attention. Even mental labor can be repetitive. Before computers we have counters, people who did calculations using primitive instruments. It was boring, repetitive job, was it manual or intelectual? Even computer programmers and scientist do a lot of repetitive, boring work. There is no difference, in order to use muscles you need mind.
