PLANETARY WINDS -
the winds that blow extensively over the continents and oceans are known as planetary winds.
-these winds play a important role in transporting heat and moisture across the world .
PERIODIC WINDS -
-the winds that change their direction in land and sea breezes,mountain and valley breezes are known as periodic winds.
