Good morning mate here is your answer

As a former professional athlete, and as someone who worked in sales and has quite a strong competitive spirit, I know a few things about competition. I’ve also studied it and seen it play out in both healthy and unhealthy ways within teams and companies for many years. Competition is part of life, and especially of business. First of all, there are types of Changes.

Some changes are only good and does no harm. Like the change of a person from a wimp into a soldier, or from a criminal into a saint.

Evolution is a biological change, in which no harm occurs, but it is very very slow.

There are also changes in which only loss occurs. Eg. : - Change in an area or a town due to some natural calamity or a massive accident.

But there is also a change in which we gain something, but also we have to loose something. Eg : -

Industrial Revolution.

Due to it we have many facilities like easy and speedy transportation, better home appliances, more efficient medical facilities etc.

But also we are facing shortage of natural resources, the levels of pollution and global warming are increasing, countries are going in war with the other countries for the natural resources, forest areas are decreasing.

This is the change which is both positive and negative.
