The organisms made of prokaryotic cells are called prokaryotes.

Example -- Bacteria and Blue-green algae

Difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells

Prokaryotes - Pro means primitive and karyon means nucleus

@ Prokaryotes have a primitive nucleus

@ they don't have a well defined nucleus . I.e. they have nucleoid .

@ they nucleoid is not bounded by any membrane

@ membrane bound organelles are absent

@ Genomic DNA or RNA present in Nucleoid

@ They can reproduce by Vegetatively , asexually or sexually

@ They came first , They are mostly unicellular

@ They are in kingdom monera

Eukaryotes -  They have a developed nucleus

@ They have a well defined nucleus

@ The membrane bound organelles are present

@ Nucleus is the reaction center , site for Genomic DNA

@ They are unicellular as well as multicellular

@ They are Animilia , Plantae , Fungi , prostista

@ They Reproduce mostly sexually , asexually and vegetatively
