Products are tangible in nature, they can be felt and touched, which make its promotion easier. On the other hand, services are intangible, people can only experience it, and so marketing of services is a bit difficult. ... Hence the production and consumption of services are simultaneous; they are perishable.


There are 3 types of marketing which happen within the service marketing triangle
Internal marketing – Marketing from the company to the employees.
External marketing – Marketing from the company to the customers.
Interactive marketing – Marketing between the customers and the employees.
