The state when no more water enters the cell through endosmoisis is called turigidity.The cell cannot acomodate any more water in this state
When the water is lost from the cell via exosmoisis it is said to be flaccid

When the cell membrane is in contact with the cell wall, the state is turgid and the phenomenon is turgidity.. It takes place due to endosmosis. No more solvent can enter into the cell.
Whereas in case of flaccidity, the cell membrane is not in contact with the cell wall. It takes place due to exosmosis
