Arteries carries oxygenated blood from the heart to all parts of the body whereas the veins carries deoxygenated blood from the all parts of body to heart...
But,
The Pulmonary Artery carry deoxygenated blood from right ventricle to lungs to oxygenation whereas the pulmonary veins carry oxygenated blood from lungs to left atrium...
